This piece was originally inspired by Shichigoro (a japanese artist here! you should check it out), combining his designs and values I came up with a half human/cyborg piece to comment about the physical education here in Singapore. The background also shows an important point as for chinese users "du" also means poison. A detailed explanation of other aspects may be given on a later date.

Interesting; the Japanese thought that the humanoid cyborg could be elegant, aesthetically pleasing, and worthy to earn a soul. Here you, and I'm assuming Shichigoro, go for the mroe mechanical approach, that technology can dehumanize us and education.
